Communications & Sustainability Director, AES Domincana and Executive Vice President, AES Dominicana Foundation
Over the past 13 years, Bredyg has executed AES’ strategy through a comprehensive suite of communications programs designed to engage our stakeholders. She designed and implemented annual communications plans, manages crisis communications efforts and has shifted the communications framework in our local communities where we operate. Her efforts have helped to show who AES is and our positive work in local communities, transforming our news ranking to overwhelming positive coverage over the past decade.
Throughout her 20-year career, she has worked as a corporate critic assessing public controversies, conflict manager, community liaison and a corporate culture assistant during company mergers.
Bredyg received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Universidad Interamericana, a technical degree in Journalism from Dominican Journalism Institut and an MBA from Barna Business School & Universidad de Barcelona. She also holds national and international certifications in Business from Harvard University and Screenplay Writing, Corporate Social and Economic Journalism from several diverse edcuational institutions.
Bredyg extends her influence beyond AES as President of the Association of Industries and Corporations of Haina and the South Region, the second woman in all its history to hold this position, which manages more than 80 industries encompassing the most diverse branches of the economy.
