Giselle has worked at AES Dominicana for over two decades and is responsible for managing the company’s corporate, business, litigation, M&A and regulatory areas, as well as legal advice, finance and corporate support to all AES businesses in the Dominican Republic.

Under her leadership, The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist Central America named Giselle’s legal team as one of the best legal teams in the region, demonstrating her excellent skills in managing the company's goals and strategy. With her extensive and specialized knowledge in power generation and the natural gas market, she has collaborated on several of AES Dominicana's key projects that are transforming the country’s energy matrix. She has provided support in key joint venture partnerships with companies like Energas, Grupo Linda and Grupo Estrella.

Giselle received her law degree from PUCMM and a master’s degree in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation from the same university. Her negotiation skills have been backed by extensive training at Yale University and Harvard Business School, and she furthered her education in Strategic Planning at the Darden School of Business in a Leadership.
