Ivelisse started her career at AES in 2013 as an Accounts Payable Analyst and now serves as the Administrative Assistant at the Dominican Powers Partner Plant in the Dominican Republic. She supports numerous functions in the organization, providing support to local leaders and partners to help facilitate collaboration and ensure our operations are running smoothly.

She says, “As part of the AES family, I am very proud of the successes and challenges we have navigated as a company. I fully enjoy the activities that we carry out. Every day is a challenge, but having the support of the company, good friends and colleagues makes me feel like I’m in a special place.”
