Paula is responsible for transforming AES’ culture to reflect our strategy as a customer-centric company and empowering our people to execute on this strategy through talent development programs. She joined AES in 2005, bringing years of experience in human resources management in a diverse set of industries. As a member of the Human Resources Management Dominican Association (ADOARH), Paula is committed to supporting the development of human resources best practices throughout the country.

Paula received her degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a magister in Management focused in Marketing and Finance from Instituto Technologic de Santo Domingo (INTEC). She received additional certifications in Leadership, Consulting and Change Management Agent Program, Coaching Play, Assessment Center & Behavior Interview Based on Competencies, Design and Implementation of Careers Plan, as well as in Train the Trainer Programs, including Metatraining, Accelerated Dynamic Learning (ADA) and Masterclass Train the Trainer.
